Korean Martial Arts – Hapkido and Kummooyeh

The Kyo Sa Do School offers lessons in the traditional Korean martial arts of Hapkido and Kummooyeh. Hapkido is a form of self-defence that employs similar joint locks, grappling and throwing techniques to other martial arts, as well as kicks, punches, and other striking attacks. There is also the use of traditional weapons such as knife, sword, rope and staff. Kummooyeh is the way of the Korean Sword and Bow (archery). Hapkido and Kummooyeh is suitable for ages 4 years and up.  It is excellent for building fitness, confidence and mental discipline, and it’s great fun too!

Classes are Friday 5.30 – 7.30 and Saturday 10.30 – 12.30.
